Brenton joined Pixo in February 2011 as a developer. He grew up in Lakeland Florida and was inspired to go into engineering to solve difficult problems. He was fascinated by the space program, which is why he pursued and gained a Bachelors and Masters in Aerospace from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Before coming to Pixo, Brenton worked for a company called Structural Composites as a Laboratory Technician. There, he performed tests and analysis of composite material samples using pressure transducers, extensometers, strain gauges, and load cells and developed LabVIEW software for various tests and created report generation tools.
Having a passion for problem solving and an eagerness to learn, Pixo offered him a spot in the App Center's Drupal Camp 2011, which led to his transition into web development and his adoption into the Pixo family. With every new project, Brenton tackles it in the most efficient, correct and clean way possible. His goal is to give the client a product that looks and acts exactly the way they want it to with as little hassle as possible.
His software development skills are primarily computational mathematical modelling in c++ and he has hopes of one day moving into computer science.
