Clearing your browser cache (and only the cache)

Internet Explorer 8

   Try "Shift + Ctrl + F5".  If that doesn't work:

   1. Tools and select "Delete Browsing History"
   2. Make sure the "Temporary Internet files" box is checked,
      Click on "Delete"

Internet Explorer 7

   Try "Shift + Ctrl + F5".  If that doesn't work:

   1. Go to Tools/Internet Options
   2. In the General tab, in the Browsing History section, click the
“Delete” button
   3. In the Temporary Internet Files section, click the “Delete files” button
   4. Click the “Yes” button
   5. Click the “Close” button
   6. Click the “OK” button
   7. Click the “OK” button
   8. Refresh your browser (or press F5)

Internet Explorer 6

   Try "Shift + Ctrl + F5".  If that doesn't work:

   1. Go to Tools/Internet Options
   2. In the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section,
      click the “Delete Files” button
   3. Click the “OK” button
   4. Refresh the browser

Firefox 2

  On a PC:

    1. Go to Tools/Options
    2. Click the Advanced tab, then the Network subtab
    3. Under Cache, click the “Clear Now” button
    4. Click the “OK” button
    5. Click the "reload current page" icon

  On a Mac:

    1. click Firefox and then Preferences
    2. Click on the Privacy tab and then click on Settings button
    3. Make sure you have the Cache option selected and then click "Ok"
    4. Click on "Clear Now"

Firefox 3

  On a PC:

    1. Click Tools and then "Clear Private Data"
    2. Make sure the Cache checkbox is selected,
      Click on "Clear Private Data Now" under Cache
    3. Click the "Reload current page" icon

  On a Mac:

    1. click Tools and then "Clear Private Data"
    2. Make sure the Cache checkbox is selected,
       Click on "Clear Private Data Now" under Cache
    3. Reload the webpage

Safari

  On a PC:

    Try "Command + R". If that doesn't work:

    1. Go to Safari/Empty Cache
    2. Click the “Empty” button
    3. Click the "Reload the current page." icon

  On a Mac:

    Try "Apple + R". If that doesn't work:

    1. Click Safari then click "Empty Cache"
    2. Click the “Empty” button
    3. Click the "Reload the current page." icon

Opera

   1. Go to Tools/Preferences
   2. Click the Advanced tab, then History in the left-side menu
   3. Next to Disk Cache, click the “Empty now” button
   4. Click the “OK” button

Opera

   1. Select the Tools menu and click "Clear private data"
   2. Click the Details button
   3. Click the "reload current page" icon
