Our first step with any new client is a Maintenance Review during which we perform a site audit to probe for issues and analyze existing modules. We write our maintenance reports so humans can actually read them and to give you an easy-to-use and helpful tool to keep track of our improvements to your site.
After the Maintenance Review, as a maintenance client, you will then receive:
- A single-point of contact for all issues.
- Proactive maintenance that includes quarterly reviews.
- An internal test environment used to vet any changes.
