Testing on Tasks

Pixo employs a standard process for identifying the important tasks that your target audience needs to complete.  We turn that into a usability test that we administer to test subjects, and we both observe and record the testing sessions. Our analysis includes a thorough comparison of how subjects performed on each task and how effectively all the users were able to interact with your site.

Deliverables

At the end, you receive a presentation of our findings along with video recordings to show exactly how real users have used your website or product, highlighting both successful and unsuccessful interactions.  Our findings include written recommendations for how to adjust the website or product to resolve the usability problems that were identified.
