Celebrating our 2025 Pixo Value Award Winners

Each year, Pixo recognizes team members who exemplify our values through peer-nominated awards. Here are our 2025 winners!

A beloved year-end tradition

Prior to our annual winter closure—in a welcome moment of contrast to the hustle and bustle of the holidays—the Pixo team convenes for the sole purpose of reflecting on our individual and collective achievements (and adventures!) of the past year. It’s a dedicated time for exchanging kudos, expressing appreciation, and sharing memories—typically with a few laughs along the way.

A centerpiece of this tradition is our Pixo Value Awards, in which co-workers nominate their peers for exemplifying each of our eight company values. During a (lighthearted) “awards ceremony,” we announce the nominees in each category.

In that same spirit of giving voice to the good stuff, we’d like to share them here as well:

Praise from peers:

“Alex creates value on behalf of our clients. He really brought [his projects] into such good shape with the time we had, from planning to implementation.”

Winner: Andrew Wobeck

Praise from peers:

“Andrew’s work is quality. His attention to details is impeccable…you know that whatever he does will be high quality, even if it’s a new technology he is learning or a new tool he is testing.”

Winner: Landi Najarro

Praise from peers:
