Melinda Miller
As CEO, Melinda creates, communicates, and implements Pixo’s mission and vision and evaluates Pixo’s success at reaching its goals. Her direct duties include strategic planning, management and supervision, recruiting and hiring, project consulting, and assisting with sales. In working with the sales team, Melinda helps understand potential clients’ problems and formulate Pixo’s unique approach for each client.
Before becoming CEO, Melinda was a user experience researcher and designer specializing in information architecture. She also is a former journalist and worked for newspapers and news websites from 1993 to 2005. She has a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in library and information science, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
